    Thank you. I have been doing some reasearch and lifting photos from Google and checking around other forums and sales sites. It is amazing how little there is out there, mainly opinions of enthusiasts rather than anything more substantial. I am hoping to knock something up later in a new thread that pulls all the bits and pieces together and puts it in one place with some decent images.
