Works for me!
Very smart
I decided I wanted another Pilot watch as opposed to a diver.
I loved my MBII and Solos but in reality they were too big for my 6.75" wrist.
I flirted with the new 40mm Supermarines which I may revisit in the near future.
The Airco crept up on me last weekend and tonight I went to try one on.
You can guess the rest... Not too bad for a Hamilton Knock off :)

Not much wrong with that.

Nice👍
It's nice, but I suppose it was a bit more than the Hamilton...

Mach 1 - never thought I'd say it, but they copied Steinhart lol
Tongue planted in cheek but it is called a Mach 1

Very nice. Fwiw, I thought the bezel action on the new 40mm Supermarine felt pretty crap/cheap compared to my original 43mm version.
Brilliant, my fav out of the latest offerings.
Didn't happen to see one on the striped NATO did you?
It's a nice looking watch, definitely a hint of Omega TA about it.
I would prefer a white second hand but then it might be a bit too close to its inspiration.
I like that a lot. Simple, uncluttered, quality. Nice.
I have tried many different types/styles of watches and am coming to the conclusion that there is no point in having anything more than a simple three hander with date. Why do I need a rotating bezel, chronograph, moon phase, gmt, blah, blah? All of that is superfluous and although it might make a watch look more interesting, but I don't use these complications.
That is really nice.Think the new super marines are nice too.
Terrible name, tasteful watch. The case looks nicely detailed. I'm a bremont hater, but this watch is nice.
Lovely. I really do love Bremont!
I can't believe the thread has come this far down and nobody has mentioned the fact it's stickered up at £ 2900 !
Phewee !
Good choice, I tried this on a few weeks back when it first hit my local AD. Instantly liked it. The leather strap is lovely. However, the new 40mm divers are great too. Some good offerings from Bremont at the moment.
Enjoy!
Great looking Bremont! I can see a bit of the IWC Mark II in the dial.
The more that I look at this, the more I think what a very nicely executed watch it is; very classy indeed. In the market it must be up against the IWC XVIII, and I certainly prefer the handset of the Bremont, and it's overall look. I suppose I could mention that the date is just a little too far in, much like the IWC, but 40mm, a 2892 and not much bezel is probably going to do that. The screw down crown, if I read the specs right is a bit odd for an aviation watch, especially as the MB2 doesn't have one. I'm nit-picking, and overall I like it very much.

Very nice Bremont. Grey and orange is always a nice combo.
I am really enjoying the new 40mm Bremonts - the Airco and Supermarines are great additions to the range and a size that, personally, I think they should develop as it does sit well on the wrist.
I think, too, that they are making better styled and quality dials than on some of the earlier models.
Some better photos taken earlier today....
It's maybe a bit small for my taste but a great looking watch none the less.
I'd like to see them expand the 40mm range, it's the sweet spot for me in terms of size. The current crop is very nice just a touch too vintage inspired for my tastes so waiting to see what they do next. I have to say though, the photos of yours are making me rethink a touch. My MB gets worn almost constantly so I'd happily have another Bremont. The only other watch at that size that floats my boat is a JLC True Second and that's a bit rich for me but the not vintage, not dressy but not overtly a sports watch is what I'm looking for. A 40mm Solo in other words.
A 40mm Solo would be a definite buy for me.
Had 4 of the 43mm variety and only sold them because they were too big for my wrist

I would have liked to see both hands matching, all white or orange tips on both, apart from that very nice
I think it's quite nice.
Enjoy your purchase.
I think Bremont's 40mm designs will attract growing interest.
Nice addition Michael. Not much to dislike about that
The new divers are rather nice as well
Really really love this watch. Definitely a potential for the next watch which will hopefully be the wedding watch also. All the 40mm models from Bremont have been winners, initially they are a bit drab and dull but tick many boxes when it comes to the one watch
Nice enough
Why not buy a new Glycine combat and put 2,5k in the bank towards a Rolex?
Looks just about the same!
Goat 🐐
I like it quite a lot, more than expected. Not so sure about the tip of the minutes hand.
Anyhow, congrats :)
The cost is a bit high, but it's a fine looking spin on a style that few have managed to get just right.
Great looking watch...lovely design. I like the look of the Airco Mach 2 as well.
Lovely looking watch, and at least the "silly" sounding name isn't on the dial :).
As for the price?, done and dusted that one, if the wearer thinks it's worth it, it is.
Daddel.
Got a new watch, divers watch it is, had to drown the bastard to get it!
For thise interested the NATO straps are now available in 20 & 22mm versions for £75 from your local AD. You will need some curved springbars too I think.
