Not heard of that TBH and we had a white Boxer previously, however I always put some sun screen on Dot's nose on in the summer as her fur is very thin at that point.

It's been a while since I (we) had a dog: we had Rottweilers when I was still at home. It ended with line four: not on the furniture. Especially my mom was very strict on that one. And the Rotties new that! In hindsight an interesting situation: my mother was an easy person an always cheerful lady with not-so-many rules. However, the rules she'd made up, were strictly enforced.

When I met my wife and her BT, it was very clear that there were the same rules as in our house used to be. Her dog had a bed in the hallway and in the living room. That was its place, not on the sofa etc. Even the kitchen was 'verboten' during the daily cooking session. So the dog always found a spot in the pantry/scullery, eyeballing us when we were busy cooking. And slowly... one paw was stretched just touching the floor of the kitchen.... even that was not allowed.

Scamp on 'her chair', with footstool which helps her get up and down.

My Mrs took this phone pic of our potty girl yesterday after she had chucked her blanket out of her kitchen bed (she has a bed in the lounge and on the landing too).

Great! Totally weird. With an attitude like: "This pose is absolutely normal!"

Years ago I learned one of my boys the word Mimicry: the art of blending in, camouflage and adapting colours. Like a chameleon does... This beautiful pink lady blends in with the background of the pink birds and flowers!

My wife had a business call with a colleague in the Chicago. That didn't went well and after she'd hung up, steam came out of hear ears, so to speak. A glimpse of Dotty did wonders, I tell you! "Aaaah, the Pink Lady!" You posted this on the perfect moment.

The Puppy (Noodle) is not allowed on the sofa yet. It gives Nugget a little rest bite from the chaos.

Hi Dave. Eleven great years in a happy home environment, finally drawing to a close in that very home with someone he loved and trusted. It's the ending he would have chosen for himself.

Making do with playing ball in the garden, travellers have moved into our local park and doing their best to make it uninhabitable for the locals.

In January my sister rescued this Yorkie from the pound but a few months later my sister had to go in to hospital to have a tumor removed from her brain/spine. My wife and I said we would look after Poppy, 5 months later after repeated surgeries and poor aftercare my sister passed away. It's been two weeks since and no one wanted Poppy so she officially became our dog.

We are not allowed have dogs in our apartment complex, not sure why no one complained until now. So she will be heading over to the US soon to live with my in laws until my immigration visa completes next year. We are going to head out for a month so we will have plenty of time to get her settled.
