Nothing says 'Special Needs' like a '007' on your seconds hand.
PS - Go Corbyn!!
Behold the horror that is the "Commander's Watch":

Jeeez.....Mine eyes!!!!!
That is horrendous.
Mozza
A dogs dinner of a watch, especially the second hand but the NATO strap is nice.
Vulgar and quite sad.
mine eyes! mine eyes!
i quite like it actually
in a fifty quid timex kind of way
Good luck everybody. Have a good one.
Omega's take on Seiko Padi.
I like the NATO - I look forward to buying a cheap copy off ebay in the near future.
As for the watch itself - I can just see the looks when someone say 'nice watch' and then they notice the 007 at the end of the second hand and think "what a knob".
Edit: if like me you just looked at the first picture, scroll down and check out the back...
edit 2: Oh lordly check out the box and naval pin so you can pretend to a super-secret-agent.

That is truly hideous..... after the restrained spectre edition they have created a monster..
And I'm a massive bond / omega fan.
The strap resembles a medal ribbon. Maybe it should be pinned on the chest like a nurses watch.
On the other hand () their natos are rather good. Stupidly expensive, but good.
'Against stupidity, the gods themselves struggle in vain' - Schiller.
Horrible.
Perhaps it will come in a box the size of a Fiat Panda in order to make up for the fact it looks so bad.
Oh no! That's hideous!
Has anyone ever counted whether Omega or Bremont win the LE contest?
More Basil Bond than 007 JB.
Why why why are they bringing out another pointless LE watch.......7007 pieces !!
It's just fawful. Like fugly but worse.
Nobody commented on the rare yellow gold model, they claim it's ultra rare because there's only going to be 7 pieces made. I'm saying it's going to be ultra rare cause it's ultra crap looking.
Are you sure that's not just the inner box that fits inside a series of ever larger and heavier ones in the style of a Russian doll?
It looks little better than the watch in any event.
Maybe a few quid in a gold one for a brave profiteer. With great risk comes great reward...
The Clown's Watch
Looks like a £20 eBay job
That's awful
My goodness that looks like a childs watch!
Is price mentioned? So naff.
I'm going to put this out there... I don't hate it..... /ducks

Embarrassingly cheesy.
terrible .....
Thought I was getting a case of conjunctivitis, but it turns out my eyeballs had just thrown up
no worse than a blnr in the looks dept.
Good luck everybody. Have a good one.
I think there's room for improvement - hour hand looks too thick.
Replace the second hand and I can just about see the appeal. As it is, just no.
It's like a watch you might find in the back of an old News of the World magazine. Remember those?
Oh my...

In steel, RRP is £3740 with 7,007 to be produced.
It will only sell well if it's launched on a Tuesday.
I'd love to discuss that abomination with Omega's design team.
Disappointing to say the least.
As for it's nomenclature, the reasoning is tenuous.
"Since 1995, Omega is the official watch for James Bond. So what’s there to celebrate or commemorate, you might think? James Bond was created in 1953 and the first movie was Dr. No in 1962. No, 2017 marks the anniversary of “You Only Live Twice” (50th anniversary), “The Spy Who Loved Me” (40th anniversary) and “Tomorrow Never Dies” (20th anniversary).
Introduced in London, on a special location, Omega showed us the new Seamaster Diver 300M “Commander’s Watch” this evening. A watch to commemorate the three anniversaries mentioned in the introduction. The “Commander’s Watch” is based on the fact that James Bond wore his official military uniform in these three films."
I thought that was the worst bit actually - I mean the watch itself is just a watch, albeit there's going to be 7,014 too many made, but for the manufactrer to claim in advance that something's going to be rare is idiotic, cynical, and it reflects (as well as takes for granted) the mindless attitude to collecting that's so prevalent these days. The way the manufacturers have flipped the script so that they dictate the way products are to be considered in terms of collectibility is just mindblowing, and Omega doesn't even try to hide the fact that they anticipate there are at least seven people in the world who will feel compelled to buy a watch chiefly because Omega chose to produce only seven of them. It reminds me of a post I once read on a music forum just after Iron Maiden released another compilation CD (they do that a lot) where the guy said something like "I wish they stopped doing that, I'm tired of buying all of these useless compilations." - not buying it wasn't even considered as an option.
It looks quite nice.
