183 is the only 45mm, 000 and 312 are 44mm so the 3mm increase with Luminor case might be too big.
You really should try before buying.
Im guessing the answer is no, but just in case!
im in the market for a new pam, have owned a 183 (very comfortable), a 000 (comfortable) and a 312 (had to sell too thick and top heave)
i was thinking of going for a 510 (basically the new 111) or a 1312, latest version of the 312 with 2.3mm shaved off.
Then i got to thinking of a 372. My collection currently comprises a sub LVc, IWC 3878 spitfire on a bracelet and an IWC Portuguese on a strap (chrono so 41mm)
the largest of these is the 3878 at 43mm and obviously i have worn 45mm pams before, but what chance have of pulling off a 372?
i have a 7.25" wrist and am 6ft 1 if that makes any difference

I do believe you can wear one.. It took me a while to go for a 47mm Luminor (newer, more ergonomic case than 127 etc) and the 372 is a very convenient watch for being 47mm.
I have owned 47mm Radiomirs before and they aren't as comfortable as the new Luminor 47mm used in the 372.
Here are a couple of side-by-side shots between 111 (44mm bettarin case) and 372 (1950 47 mm "new" case)
I think you'll be fine too, it's fairly flat for its width, I find it quite comfortable, if you ever get over to the UK I'd be happy to meet up and let you have a play around with it.
Cheers..

Here's couple photos to compare the size difference.
First one is with 233(44mm) and the second is with 190(45mm).
Should be fine. Case is slender and not as beefy as 50s 44mms. Not a hugely noticeable difference for me.
They're a beautiful watch I wear the Pam O1 and it fits and feel lovely

Do Weirs have one you could try?
nice watch he 372 ,I am looking for one too...
I tried to convince myself that the 372 was an acceptable size as I love the watch. However, after seeing a picture of me wearing it, it went straight up for sale. I have 8 inch wrists and it looked comical. If I were you, ld look for a model a little more discreet.
I had one, the biggest problem I had was the aftermarket straps had the big Pre V style buckles which made it a nightmare for your shirt to go over!
The only reason I got rid of mine was to trade it in for a new Daytona. Which is nice.
I was in there a couple of Fridays ago, tbh was on the phone as i was mooching around but they seemed to have a decent, if not large, selection. Gotta be at least a 47mm you could try for size. I like Weirs, never bought from them but always impressed at the selection on offer.
