    Calling Bremont MB Owners.....

Having just helped a friend get his father an MBI I am tempted to go for an MBII myself.

I am interested in what straps people have for their watch as I am going to order some alternatives.

I am not a fan of the std leather strap but I like the idea of the leather NATO. The rubber Temple Island is a nice option but pricey. The fabric NATO is also an option along with a Kevlar.

    Responses appreciated.

If I ever get around to picking up an MBII I think I would try it on a yellow dog leather nato.

Do they still come with a GGB strap?

    I think that's a £100+ option.

I have the standard leather. A regular clasp started to knacker the edges very quickly so I bought the deployant clasp. A nice item but makes it really very bulky, tempted to try an alternative strap. Rubber might work well?

Amazed to see WF asking almost 15k for certain Bremonts.
Is this a brand 'catching on' ??

Thanks for that as I was considering a deployant vs tang.

Apparently the rubber is excellent quality....

I wear mine on a GGB Horween leather nato , looks good but 2 layers of leather under an already quite thick watch do give it a certain bulk you may or may not like.

Mine spends most of its time on either one of Eddie's grey NATOs or as it is today, on a brown leather NATO from monkeyswag

    I've got mine on a £10 eBay sailcloth-type strap:

The pattern on the strap matches the cross-hatching on the mid case perfectly. IMO.

Watch Geko Zulu Diver blue rubber NATO.

Light olive canvas, came from a member here via the Altitude forum.

    Hadley Roma Cordura

Also have a Watch Geko Nylon Sport B2, bit like the Hadley Roma but with a grey stitch.

I have the OEM Kevlar and the OEM nuback both are excellent. The only issue I have is I've found their straps are too thick for their deployant. I wear on the buckle. There are pics of mine around TZ I'll try to remember to put some here later.

It's a terrible photo, but this courtesy of Carl at GGB.

The leather "loops" on the strap that came with the watch (also from GGB) soon stretched and you could see the spring bars which didn't look good. This all fabric strap works much better in my opinion.

I wear my MB2 on the plain Bremont non pattern rubber strap. It's very comfortable, hard wearing and looks like a really nice leather strap but with the versatility of rubber.

Can you tell me where the cordura straps were sourced from? MB looks good on a lighter strap for summer. Thanks

They're by Morellato, you should find them searching for padded Cordura canvas.
I bought mine right here, from the TZ sales corner.
