I'd highly recommend using MyFitnessPal, and logging everything. The only thing that I'll help you lose any weight is to eat less than you burn.

If you want to be a little sneaky prior to weigh in, cut All carbs 4-7 days before the weigh in which will reduce the amount of water in your system, and don't drink too much fluids the day before or morning of - then you can binge all you like after the weigh in ;) Personally, I wouldn't bother but it could be worth around 2kg or more in water weight.
