Recently purchased this, first day I've worn it to the office today. Happy with it so far, have ordered a shark leather strap for it to dress it up a little.

.. thank you kindly - they made around 500 of each of black/white dial versions. At the time, this was the only Chronometer in their catalogue. There are also a couple of other even more limited flavours (blue dial special for Wempe, and one in grape (1/100?) they did for Asia).

Powered by a breathed on Peseux 7001 - Walt Odets did an article on ABCs of watch finishing featuring it.

It's a Hamilton mil-w-46374d. It's dated 1988 but it was never issued so I presume it has sat in a warehouse somewhere until recently.

It came in its original box with instruction on how to use a hacking watch.

I love the box no mistaking that it contains a radioactive hydrogen isotope!
