One GS, the JLC and the Nomos are the stand out bargains for me.

Wow cheers OP!!!! There's Nomos Metro and Minimatik both with the new neomatik movements in for 40% off retail!! I very nearly went for one of them but managed to resist. Just.

That code didn't work for me but MVC8ALL gave me 8% off.

    That's great.

Severely tempted by a Nomos minimatik but not sure whether to the go for the more classic Orion variant.

Near the bottom of the page there's a JLC Master Calendar for £4,230, so with the extra discount, that would come in at around £3,810. Not bad for a watch with a £7,050 list price IMHO.

There are a few real tempters there, the Nomos Orion 1989 and the Max Bill Chronoscope being two of them.

Not too sure if I should thank you or not OP!

Don't know if they are well regarded here or not (not that it really matters) but I'm liking the BR03-92. I bought a Heritage once and couldn't live with it as it was display model and had minor signs of wear for a brand new watch so returned it but I am tempted by this one!

I'd probably demand more clear explanation.

    Edit.
    Did you receive order confirmation?

Got the grand sieko for 2565 - tried to finish the personal finance application using hitachi finance and it crashed and now have it sitting in my account as ordered but pending. Have no clue how to get back on to hitachi and complete the finance application

Cheers mate sent them a message. After my debacle with ordering a snoopy and never getting it I don't trust online jewellers!!

Pictures do not do justice to the dial, i had a look at one recently and it is lovely. Almost like an opaline finish to it but that is not doing it justice either.

Went for the Bremont Boeing 100, 40% off was reasonable.

Extra 3% cashback via TopCashback-doesn't say it isn't valid on sale purchases

    Jura sale, fantastic selection!!

Spoke to Jura CS via the web chat service they confirmed discount codes used to purchase sale items would not be honoured, good luck if it goes through for you.

I would expect for them to contact the buyer and allow them to purchase the item without discount code. Not to just cancel the purchase.

Thanks for the heads up. I must admit the Junghans and one or two of the Certina sport/dress watches are a good price.

These heads up are a fantastic resource for the members here, but I do wonder what the retailer thinks...

Great they sell their sale stock quickly - but we don’t half cause them some headaches

Only way to buy one and not lose money on a flip - which makes them around 40% too expensive at RRP!

  48. #48
Which GS was it? Was gone by the time I looked.

The Nomos Neomatik is pretty tempting mind ...
