1. Daily wearer is a ceramic Seadweller mrs Goats is a Stowa Flieger
2. IWC Aquatimer, Airking and a few Panerai get worn regularly as well.
Ok guys as I'm getting more and more into the watch collecting I'm more and more curious on things. On this thread I'm trying to find out two things
1. What's your daily wearer? If you don't have one how the heck you choose?
2. Does the vast majority of your collection get worn regularly?
1. Daily wearer is a ceramic Seadweller mrs Goats is a Stowa Flieger
2. IWC Aquatimer, Airking and a few Panerai get worn regularly as well.
I wear boxers.
1) Black Bay, black
2) Not these days, no
Cheers
Foggy
Four daily wearers, worn for a week each in rotation; everything else fighting for scraps
I rarely wear the same watch for more than a couple of days.
Andy
Wanted - Damasko DC57
Submariner Ceramic 114060. All I need these days
G10 for work and 5513 when back home.....now.
A ceramic sub date.
1. GMT II most days; since it arrived, it's rarely been off my wrist.
2. I wear my Fortis chrono for sailing - specifically, for timing race starts. I'll be putting it on this afternoon, and it may stay on for a day or two after that. When I want to swim laps at the local pool, I will usually wear the Fortis or my SMP, since I find it easier to count laps by time, than to count them (can't count beyond about 10, without forgetting how many I've done) and the 0-60 bezel helps with that. Again, once it's on, I may leave it on for a day or so, before going back to my daily wearer.
My Radiomir is my daily wearer and I wear my Fifty fathoms at weekends.
I wear my super ocean on holiday and rotate my Railmaster into my daily wearer about once every six months
1. Sea Dweller 16600. My trusty beater, can cope with anything.
2. Black Bay Black is getting a lot of wear these days, GMTII, Pam372, Speedmaster also get worn pretty frequently.
Daily is a speedy pro or zenith rainbow in the office.
Rest is worn sparingly, the AP and 6424, then the vintage Marina, then most sparingly the gold Zenith.
Coke GMT 11 most days,
Aqualung 500m diver as my beater , still in excellent condition,
Granddads Smiths Astral when the occasion dictates,
G shock MR-G 22 titanium, not been worn in months.
Mine is a SD4000 ceramic.
Usually have 3 or 4 that are worn during the course of a week, then a different 3 or 4 the following week. Most of the others worn only occasionally.
Either a ceramic seadweller or my 16710 on weekdays
Ceramic SD weekdays and weekends.

For work I tend to try wearing my watches in some form of rotation but I do end up sticking with one for days at a time.
I try to maintain the habit of changing watches when I get home and get changed so that I can wear more.
I just sold 2 out of 4 watches today so temporarily less of a dilemma.
What to wear depends on what colour shirt I am wearing to work or just a whim.
I rotate my SMPc, Speedy and Tudor BBB. But when I only have access to 1, like this week, it's the SMPc
1) I keep wearing my IWC Yacht Club but I really shouldn’t.
2) No.
Breiting Chrononat Evolution most days but have a recently acquired 1980 Rolex Date on at the moment. Have a few GShocks for weekend faffing and a Tag F1/Tissot Touch for holidays! The others don't get a look in!
I found that in the past, esp the early days, the latest incoming always got the most wear. But as the collection has settled I now have just 3 that get a significant amount of wrist time, often for a week at a time. The rest rarely get a look-in and I should really sell them!
I like the fact that I did not go high end with 1 watch like a Patek. All my watch I rotate as daily wearers and like the fact I have variety
Daily wearer is my DateJust. Others are worn for particular purposes or specific occasions.
Most days this;
Just seems to work with everything (strap change to black croc for posh).
114060
Omega PO 8500 - 3-4 times a week
IWC Aquatimer 3590 - 1-2 times a week
IWC Aquatimer 3568 - 1-2 times a week (At weekends as I know its top of the flip list when I get around to it)
Zenith Big Date Pilot - Once a week
Cartier Santos 100 - Once a fortnight - Has some sentimental value.
Fortis Fleiger B42 - everyday (when I'm at home)
I pick up the one thats still running on workdays, thats generally the Omega as it has a longer reserve than the others and fits better with my job.
Loving the replies. Thanks guys especially the pictures as this is adding to my want list all the time.
In answer to my own questions
2 daily wearers an SMP 300 and a G10 depending on what is in store.
And not got enough yet to worry about not wearing any. (Only got 6!)
I don't have a daily wearer unless I'm on holiday or a work trip. Then, depending on location, it tends to be either an Omega SMPc or 2254.50, Sinn 856 or G-Shock GD350-8.
At home it can be several watches in one day as my mood changes.
Most often, these three: Rolex 14060M, Heuer Carrera 510.523, and a Tutima Di300. Less often, but still in the mix, a Max Bill chrono and a Fortis B42 MarineMaster. Then there are about fifteen others that get worn maybe once in a blue moon.
I wear whatever I wear as the mood strikes me. Sometimes it's based on what clothes I'm wearing, sometimes it'll be based on what activities I'm engaged in, sometimes it's based on what I'm driving.
1. Don't have one. I wear whatever I feel like winding up the night before. Generally a strap watch to work and a bracelet watch at weekends, but that's not hard and fast by any means.
2. Yes, almost everything is worn regularly (bar a few cheapies or oldies which get an occasional).
Don't have a daily wear either and wear what I fancy each morning. This means most, if not all, get worn with great frequency.
1. My current daily wearer is my Patek 5146J. Been on my wrist for over two weeks now apart from gardening duty or in the gym.
But my daily wearer does change quite regularly.
2. Others get worn regularly.
Swatch
I wear my SeMP GMT most days, since getting it in 2007
My Garmin is used when running, a solar Seiko for swimming and rough/beach use.
My other watches get worn now and then, maybe one day every few months. Really I keep them in case my son wants them (in 20 years time...) - not expensive so no point selling at a loss. My PRS20 may be my daily wearer when I am older though!
And has been since 2008, still on the original battery too!
Black faced 42mm Exp II. In fact I wear little else these days - helped by the fact I've sold just about everything else as they weren't getting worn.
Though the EXP is hopefully about to get a friend to share wrist time with again...
Luminox Chronograph, Seiko Tuna and Casio Pro Trek on rotation most of the time. Other watches are worn in special occasions
skx007 gets the most wear daily
Seiko Orange Monster daily.
Usually change it for a G10 in the evening before I go to the workshop.
I don't really have a collection - OM, G10 and an Accutron 218 for posh, so most get worn during a week.
