    Indeed, it's the Hanhart 417ES. Partly due to the McQueen-connection a much sought after watch. It was also issued to the German Bundeswehr (a predecessor to the Heuer 1550SG). It is a damn cool watch! I own its cousin - a Vixa Type 20.

    Just had look at hanhart site the pioneers look nice and different love the mono control MK1 or 11 ... Would love a hand wound reissue ... Givern the choice which would you have ?

    Hanhart makes a fantastic watch. The build quality and attention to detail are way above their price point IMO. My only complaints are the newer ones are all automatics and they have changed from their original logo to a newer, more modern and rather boring logo.

    My Hanhart is a hand winding 7760, one of 250 made with the red pusher and bezel marker. If you do not want to spring the cash for a Hanhart a 1MWF Kirova with a Poljot 3133 makes a less expensive (and accurate in my experience) substitute.
