Bet you've not got one of these, super rare..

There was a burglary nearby recently and as I've started to spend a bit of money on the odd watch or two I thought I should get in touch with the insurance and get my most expensive purchase to date covered on the household insurance. I spoke to the guy at the end of the phone, in a UK call centre I should add, got everything sorted and he said they would send me an update to the policy, which they did.

I am the proud owner of a super rare Long Jeans Hertiage 1973.

Ah yes - ur a very lucky guy indeed.
I've wanted a one for years but have only managed denim shorts and even then they're only the Heritage version I have, unlike your (Uber rare) Hertiage model......

Obviously I couldn't believe my luck, the flared lugs are typical of the Long Jeans of the time too, I do feel very lucky.

this is funny, it really is

    however..

I am seriously distressed at the increasingly common inability to spell.. and I don't even mean the "long jeans" thing.. that I can forgive. I mean spellcheck is ubiquitous now isn't it?? did a manager not even check this?

hello 35, I welcome you with grumpy old man arms open.

    Cool

Relaxed fit or boot cut? Should put in a claim reporting it is nowhere to be found and ask for a replacement, too funny!

I feel just the same about capitalisation.

They may be long but they wear small due to short lugs.

I am no grumpy old man. I really get annoyed at poor spelling and grammar. I have had doctors I work with write recieve neice etc. I am not even a native english speaker.

Don't knock it too much, I got a Gerard Peregaux for 40 quid and a rare enough Lomgines for a couple of hundred quid on the bay. When I was buying bits and bobs for my bike, I got a couple of real bargains by typing in Compagnolo(for the none bikey types it should be Campagnolo).

About 14 years ago I won a minty JLC MCGT B&P'd with bracelet on the bay for a grand because the seller listed it as Jaeger Le Coulter.

When I put my Steelfish on the insurance a couple of years ago the documents I received had the brand name 'Bright Link'.
