Unfortunately many of the actual regimental patterns I've seen only come in 18mm. I've looked several times over the last few years and nothing much changes. RLT and Smart Turnout and The Regimental Shop have a moderate selection of more or less the same ones in 18mm and a few in 20. I just looked again and did not see the one you're looking for.

That's why I linked to natostrapsco.com. I think it's run by a WIS who might help you find another source or get one made. Just a thought.
I've looked at having NATOs custom made. Generally you need a run of about 200 pieces before its economically viable.

Just had a look at the Regt shop and no joy there either. You might have to content yourself with a tie.

I have been reading your post with interest, as I am hoping to find a Queen's (Royal West Surrey) Regiment NATO strap.(any size )....'Rifles' is close, but close ain't good enough.
