Advice needed please! Heuer Monaco

Hi All - I have a re-eidition Heuer Monaco that is about 6 months old now with the Cal 11 movement in. When I adjust the time on the watch, the winder becomes quite stiff after a while - if you push the crown back in and pull it out again it goes back to normal - just thought this was a bit strange - is it normal or does it need to be fixed under warranty?
