I help to make the cider in the season from pressing right through to bottling and it's usually a good bit of banter with some *cough* sampling and product testing/quality control leading to much merriment in the wee hours!! Quite a small and friendly operation with between 5 and 7 of us on at any one time.

Anyway, it's just to get the numbers up for the facebook page so have a nosy!

I have family in co. tyrone. Attending a cousins wedding in strabane next month, although the receptions in donegal. We might have to pop by on our leisurely tour back to Larne. Just for randomised quality control of course!
