I have one i got as a freebie on here, a while back. It's never seen a caseback yet though. All i've done with it is play indoor football (Which it's very good for) :D
If you want it, it's yours for nowt
Anyone got a reliable link or contact for a caseback removal ball?
I know they sell them on eBya etc but I would rather have a recommendation first unless someone has a spare!

Thats very kind, is it the ball version? And what are they like to use?

Yes, it's a proper yellow ball like case opener. I can't answer what it's like to use for it's intended function though.Originally Posted by 100thmonkey

Rolex tend to be on tight, so might not work, you may need the actual adaptor set, caseback removal tool, case holder, etc, etc.
Yes, it's very expensive to get in and see the movement, i have been there as well :D
Ill just take the angle grinder to it is it gives me any problems!!!Originally Posted by Argee1977

The yellow ball works on screwback G-shocks very nicely. I'm too scared to try it on anything more expensive.

You probably won't damage back if done this way.
I open Rolexes the same way with a Rolex type wrench.
Make sure to press down FIRMLY on wrench.
Practice on an "unloved" watch first!
