No way would I continue to wear it. Although sold my car last week and had to drive it for a week until my new one turned up. Slightly different though.

Well, I voted [I wouldn't wear it] but haven't posted until now. Why would I? Isn't voting answer enough for the OP? :roll:Originally Posted by Chris_in_the_UK
To the OP - have you posted Villain details in all the well-known watch forums? If not, why not?
Yup. Everything else definitely isn't right.Originally Posted by Mrcrowley

One uncareful moment can cost you money.
I posted it on the forum I bought it from yes. I will not have inter forum arguments so will not be putting the seller on any other site.Originally Posted by thenikjones
Before I sell anything, I thoroughly clean it and repolish/rebrush the case & bracelet to present the watch at its best. I return all bracelet links, photograph the watch, then write a description. Once it's up for sale it doesn`t get worn.

Once I decided to sell I would put away in its box that way you break any attachment you may have to the watch and mentally let go of it,especially once youve taken a deposit. To lend it out to you friends is very poor and they should decline the loan of the watch if they are aware if youve sold it.

I only flip a watch 'cause it doesn't get worn, so it's already in it's box & clean .. but even if that were not the case, once it's sold it's no longer mine so I'd not wear it ..
/vince ..
Definately wouldn't wear it, just in case knowing my luck.
Might run it just to check it still kept time ok to avoid any potential arguments later.

ditto................I also believe that once you take the money the watch is no longer yours to wear!!Originally Posted by bonzo697

Cripes, I was scared until I saw the results.
You have some of the monies, it's not completely yours anymore. That's how I see it.
It will stay in a special sponge protected flight case, then have a thorough polish before despatch :)
