Get a counter rotating 4ch first, even if it is an out of the box electric to learn a little bit about flying them. If you thought you could drive an RC Car, you will be amazed at just how useless you are at working out how to avoid things in 3 dimensions, particularly when it is flying towards you :lol:
Then get a "proper" one with training brace underneath, but be prepared to spend lots of money on rebuilds.
If you go straight in regardless, get lessons rather than an overdraft.
