Beautiful watch mine says hello
Just got this in from Jacob (JC180). Really pleased with it and Jacob is a top block to deal with. Thanks mate :)
Beautiful watch mine says hello
Gorgeous piece of kit, exactly what I´m after at the moment.
A watch I would definitely buy if my wrist was large enough. I love the Seamaster chronos with the applied hour markers.
A beauty, it's on my shortlist for a christmas present to myself.
Nice one. I'm glad someone bought it, it kept calling out to me, and I really really really don't need another watch.
Enjoy.
A great watch & something I'd really like to own (one day) .. congrats!
/vince ..
Wow I really like that!
Lovely chrono...congrats
As above, a great piece.
I love the tri-compax dial lay-out.
Cheers,
Daddel.
Got a new watch, divers watch it is, had to drown the bastard to get it!
excellent watch but I wonder why you dont prefer a speedy
My favourite Seamaster chrono; very nice :)

In the 70's & 80's I used to think expensive, branded, mechanical watches were a waste of money - when you could get a digital watch that kept better time free with 5 litres of oil. Have I changed my views :?:
Oh yes :!: :!:  - I would love one of these.
mmm very nice, i had my eye on that
enjoy it
had one, but flipped it :( great watch 8)
Very, very nice watch.
Enjoy it and wear it in good health!! :bounce:
Gorgeous! That watch is next on my list to be purchased!
Glad to see you're enjoying it Anthony, and yes I am a top block!
I would have loved to keep it but the wife would have done nasty things to me if I had I am missing it and it is certainly my fave Seamaster chrono.
Ant is a top bloke, would deal with him anytime.
Wear it and enjoy it!
Cheers
Jacob
Congratulations. Got one of these myself earlier this year and have to say it really is lovely. I have only 6.2 inch wrists but it sits really well and doesn't feel overly large despite it's size. These really are stunning in the flesh. I know there were some problems with some of the early batch of the movements in these but mine has been solid since I got it.
Can't believe this one stayed so long on the SC!

Great buy and nice wristshot. Congrats.
yes - fine piece and delightful wrist shots.
Nice one, congrats. :thumbright:Originally Posted by ants
These really are lovely. The proportions on that dial are spot-on for me - not in the least bit 'busy' as some chronos tend to be.
Really fancy one to complement it's non-chrono brother...
GingerMagician, thats how I ended up with mine. Had been after a 2254 for a while, and managed to pick one up in duty free flying out for my wedding. A few weeks back from the honeymoon, and one came up on the SC. Somehow I hadnt seen one before and was instantly in love. It sits a little higher than the 2254, but is just as comfortable, and just as reliable.
IMO the nicest 2 new Omegas (discounting Speedy face variations) for a long long time. I am actually suprised Jacob chose to sell this over a PO, but each to there own.
You can't bet the clean lines of the omega :bounce:
I love this Seamaster - the bezel is cool! 8)

Really nice!
I remember how tempted I was :)

Congratulations
Really rather nice, I have come close a couple of times to picking one of those up as they look excellent value on the secondhand market. Can I ask you guys is this model one of the select few chronos that can be used underwater (ISTR it is but can't remember)?
In that the pushers can be used underwater, yes I think so - it's this, the Breitling M1, a Sinn automatic, and at least one other. I suppose if you're going to have a diver chronograph, have one that remains fully functional :)Originally Posted by NJH
