Guys, in the spirit of fairplay I think that the 14th should be the date, given that is the date most have voted for.

I'll have a think about venues and post up over the next couple of days once I have a better idea. :)

I've not heard anything on Mike's mate's hotel, and given the lack of time until the proposed date, its probably going to be a struggle for most non-locals. Perhaps it would be worth the London guys + anyone who can make it, still getting together and if possible discussing a few potential central venues and we could re-arrange for January/February time?

What's it to be then, the London Get Together, or the Ultimate Get Together. Slightly confused as these were posted I'd say a couple of months ago at least and nothing has been resolved. As far as I understand both were to take place in November and both were subject to a date poll. Lots of interest which it seems subsequently tailed off to nothing. But we live in hope.

I'd be interested and could possibly sort a nice venue(free of charge) to hold a sort of watch show before going and getting pissed! As far as being central as has been said earlier, Sheffield is where I could get the venue.
Plenty of hotels and pubs and nightlife up North you know.
