Its just so hard to wind it up, you can get a pair of mole grips on it to help :?
I guess with that dial you could wear it upsidedown and nobody would be any the wiser! Also you wouldn't need to take gloves off the use the crown :|

I will take a wild stab in the dark and say this is a dive watch or at least a watch that has been made to go over some type of work kit.
If you tried to wind it up, it might get friendly.
If it were half the height it would be OK, but as it is, I don't really like the hands its got either.
good lord, that could be used for various things.. ie. picking your nose, rakeing your lugs out,
mixing your drinks, making dents in your bicept.... etc..

Puttind]g aside the issue of the crown, I rather like the idea of symmetrical dial which can be worn on either wrist - with the crown either way.
