THe PRS-50 looks good on Eddie's Aviator strap: http://www.timefactors.com/tfstrap.htm
Hi All,
Just got my PRS-50 and am thinking about putting on a beefier strap to match the bulk of the watch head. I am on a budget (having blown a lot due to the exchange rate and VAT fees), but am leaning towards a mesh strap or a rally-type strap. It needs to be 22mm, which discounts the Timefactors rally option.
My two choices are:
Hirsch Rally (about £25)
or
http://cgi.ebay.com/22mm-Interlock-Desi ... m153.l1262
Which is a 22mm mesh. I don't know the seller, but he appears reputable and I know nothing about the quality.
Any advice or alternative suggestions is appreciated! £20-25 is really my limit.
Christian.

I think that the FF heritage makes for only two choices - a sturdy cotton/nylon/NATO in any subdued mil colour or if opting for a slightly sportier feel a vintage tropic.

They look good on Eddie's new rubber creation too.

A nice black leather with white stitching or a black/grey rhino? Mesh would look great though.
Volmmer Mesh
Shark skin with red stitching
.
The PRS-50 looks good with everything. :bounce:

THIN is the new BLACK
black di-modell jumbo or one of toshis in a similar design
The thinner buckle ends of the new Jumbo totally unbalance a heavy watch (on the wrist). :evil:Originally Posted by ditchdigger

Thanks guys...just ordered a Hirsch Rally from Roy at RLT. I'll post pictures of how it looks. Might also go with the mesh too. :)
That looks good! 8)Originally Posted by Ron Jr

Cheers for all the suggestions.
Went with a Hirsch Rally in the end, from Roy at RLT who deserves a mention for being quick and the best price I could find. Bought some heavy duty spring bars at the same time which work a treat.
When I get time, I'll follow this up with pictures, but I'm not going to do it justice with my snapshot camera and a dim room. I'll wait til I can get outside with my other camera.
Cheers,
Christian.
yes,got to agree with someone posting before that the prs 50 is looking good
with every strap.That´s a fact!
The 50 does seem to look good on so many different types of straps. I have to admit however that ever since putting mine on one of Eddies natos it hasn't come off it. It's oh so comfortable and IMHO looks the part. Didn't think i'd ever say that as i didn't like natos before!
