    SBS ISSUE SUBMARINER

A recent meeting with a new colleague led me to notice his Submariner.

He served in HM forces in a specialist waterbourne capacity. I guess substitute Air with Boat.....

Upon further questioning, appears he was issued with the Sub and neglected to hand it back. Mid 70's model apparently.

He wondered what it would be worth.

    Any ideas?

I've offered him a hundred quid.....

If it has the military markings on the back, I've seen these make £7000 plus.

Yeah, make it two hundred, you don't want to fleece him :P

Dumb question, but I presume you mean Rolex sub of course?

Yep - Rolex Sub with fixed bars and full military issue markings - including the obligatory tritium marking on the dial.

    Certainly would not fleece..... :x
