Don't tell me that it's new on the UK market! In the 50s and 60s, there was an equivalent for it on the Dutch DIY market The name for it was 'Wonderplug' (Yes, almost the correct English spelling). Only downside: it contained asbestos... I'm sure that the current stuff is not so bad for your health.
If you've made the hole.too big just smack a smaller plug inside the original and job's a good 'un😁
I’ve got one of those packs, bought it the other week, but haven’t tried it yet.
Might be good on a wall with old plaster that can be a bit crumbly.
I use a tube of concrete repair and mastic gun. Fill the hole then push in the rawl plug and leave it to set. Gives a very solid repair
