Mini DolceVita Longines - What's similar?

Hi all, daughter has a significant birthday and likes this style, but does not want to wear a 1.7K watch out and about.
Quartz, square/rectangle, art-deco, metal bracelet, no diamonds and you can actually tell the time are the criteria. Seiko/Citizen/Casio/Tissot?
Here is a pic and can I ask for any suggestions?

I like that. Seiko do some nice tank-a-like watches. My wife had a Seiko solar 'tank' before she got a Cartier. It was a well executed watch.

    Are you in Thailand?

The watch looks as though it’s from Thailand.
