Every time I go on C24 I find my settings have reverted to USA & USD from UK & GBP after I had reset/saved during the previous session. Very annoying and I can't find anywhere on the website to help me correct this. Any savvy TZers out there who can help? Thanks
If you're blocking all cookies then this would be one explanation. Have a look at the cookie settings for the browser you use and if they all look fine clear your history and cache, revisit the site and you'll be prompted to agree to or customise your cookie settings.
that happens if I am logged out - currency/country preferences are lost during sessions. Never happened wehn logged in.
I'm feeling rather thick! Turns out I was logged into the C24 USA website. Went onto UK version and all my credentials are also there already. Apologies for time wasting
I wouldn’t give yourself a hard time, this was happening to me for months and I couldn’t work it out. In the end I logged in and it went back to £.
