..... looks like they just used a random number generator to calculate the survival rates.

What are chances of parking nose in to a solid wall and a huge lorry smashing into you

Indeed, this doesn't reflect any real situation at all, especially as we have no idea what mass the lorry has. The amount of energy the car has to disperse is immense, and not dissimilar to a scrap crusher.
In fact, I'll go as far as saying the results are opposite the survivability indicated: A car made of heavy steel beams with no crush zone whatsoever would score 100% survival at that test! Crush zones absorbe energy so you don't have tout they have a limit that is easily exceeded by a 30mph heavy truck squashing you on a concrete wall.

I completely agree, but the results at a relatively low speed surprised me. I suppose the most realistic situation would be a pile up on a motorway. I certainly wouldn’t like to be between a coach and a lorry doing 60 whilst sitting in a Clio!

No shadow from the wall, no damage to the wall, lots of identical trucks to crash...

It's pretty good though. I wonder if the footage of the cars is from Euro NCAP testing?

Perhaps ask your guide dog to check it out and give an opinion

    It's so obviously computer-generated.

My comment was tic - as I suspected the OP posted the link believing it was genuine. (Apologies to the OP if that was an incorrect assumption)
