    Apple Watch Ultra

I’ve recently bought an Apple Watch 7, great watch but, a tad small. So, I’ve gone whole hog and turned my eye towards an Ultra, blimey! Lots available, but, looking on Marketplace ( I know) lots are fake.

Brand new watches for less than £400 immediately rings the alarm bells. Most are still wrapped in Cellophane! Apple hasn’t wrapped anything in Cellophane since 2010!

It’s a minefield I know buying any watch online, but I’d stick to reputable channels and pay the price. Any “bargains “ will probably pull your pants down!

If you don’t mind used or refurbished you can get a good deal on eBay if you wait for the next voucher deal. I picked one up from MusicMagpie where eBay were doing a 20% off code and then Quidco were offering 20% cash back too so to me the watch ended up at £360 ish. I ended up returning it as it was too big for me but worth keeping an eye out if you can wait for the next deal.

Costco has the gen 1 in some strap options at £560

Argos has some gen 1 at £600

    Not cheap, but cheaper

In fact I’ve just found out my iWatch 7 is cellular, didn’t know until the sales guy in O2 shop told me. No mention of it when I bought it!

I am sure you know, but it's an eSim for the Apple Watch - Giff Gaff clearly missed a trick when they struck a deal with O2.

I have it on my Ultra but via O2 - really useful.

Yes, I spoke with the guy at O2 today. It does need a contract eSIM though.

I could always ditch GiffGaff and go with O2 but I’d guess it’s need to be 2 monthly contracts. 1 for the phone and 1 for the watch! I didn’t go into too much detail.
