If you pop up a post suggesting he owns Miltons Diamonds he will arrive quickly enough to correct you and you can ask your question then

He's not a recluse. If you search on his name and the keyword Rolex you get a hit for his business straight away. What complicates matters is that there are quite a few loosely related jewellers and pawnbrokers in the NW with his surname, but only one Haywood.

I don’t do business through tz.

I believe that my website continues to accept enquiries through various forms and contains a general email address, which I won’t post here as it would not be fair to our host. Emails marked for my attention I will see. For me to deal with every enquiry would rather obviate the roles of (and indeed need for) my 80 colleagues.

I’m sorry to say that my inbox here is left full because too many members abused it with unreasonable demands or expectations, some of which I have shared previously. This is a shame, because there are also many members I see in the real world and they have without memorable exception been a great bunch.

Email is much less demanding than a telephone call, the latter being an unavoidable interruption where the former can be answered when one chooses.

Some say that if you wait until midnight, and then rub the rehaut of your Rolex three time clockwise followed by seven times anti-clockwise, he will appear to you...

Nonsense. You stand in front of a mirror and repeat “There is no such thing as an Explorer 1” three times.

An email search indicates that you attempted to send me a message through tz-uk on 10th March 2023, but my forum inbox was full as usual.

iWould contacting me through my website be appropriate ?

Since I cant PM Haywood ;-) I'll give some positive feedback here in the hope he sees it.

I had a very nice experience with Lindsay in the Liverpool store on Friday just past. Purchased an Air King for my wife and she could not be happier.

I live in Scotland so had to drive to Liverpool to get the watch which is of course inconvenient but the price, condition of the watch and overall experience counter this inconvenience nicely.

    Than you.

That's really kind of you; thankyou very much indeed and of course for the business itself.

I will be sure to let Lindsay and her shop manager read it.
