I too had Panos, email after requesting a quote. Something along the lines of head purchasing manager, anyways the offer was lower than I expected so I thanked him, he replied saying that currently wouldn't be offering more.
Used Watchfinder's online form to sell a watch.
Several days later, an email came from 'Panos' - a hacker? - "offering to help you sell your watch."
A week later, Charlotte at Watchfinder offered 20% of my asking price, to which I replied, "No, thank you."
And this morning, Malcolm Stead at Watchfinder thanked me for responding.

I too had a quote from Panos. I politely declined saying that I appreciated they have to make a profit but their offer was frankly taking the mickey. Two days later I got another email from Oliver whose job title was Purchasing & Training Manager. His offer was a grand more subject to inspection
