It is very nice but I am not saving up for it.

    Enjoy when you get it.

^ Is this like charades where we have to guess which watch you're talking about?

As for me, it's the first time since 2009 where I've not got a watch on the horizon - I've removed myself from Rolex lists (given their movement fiasco) and I've given up on the Patek 5164 (after 5 years). So, I'm done for now. Well, until BP bring out that 42mm FF I'm after.

    It’s a 114060 but I’d go for the 124060 personally.

Something with a shit movement, after a 321 Calibre for which people have been accused of crimes against humanity for recreating I was thinking of a Rolex with 32xx problematic movement. Maybe I should stick to Omega old tarts gold watches polished up like turds.

Go big and post a WTB for a Tudor GMT that hasn’t had the date wheel issue fixed as well.

Only if all the bits are falling out of the bezel insert. Remember beyond the main services centres the entire world are now dependent on the Wizard of Wakefield.

Saving up for.... the zenith chronomaster sport I bought a few months back. I will be saving for some considerable time. In the mean time I may buy some watches. Oh... hang on...balls.

Actually instead of pissing about with watches a snipers rifle from SC might come in handy.

    Saving up for…

I was saving for an SD43 but having been to an AD in Bristol last week and trying the dummies on in store I have come to the conclusion that the current ceramic bezels and maxi cases look like jewellery and seem pretty detached from the cool looks that they were flouting at the end of the last century.

So a 1990-2000 Sub , tritium 2 liner it is and the bonus is that they are readily available:) winner winner :)

I'm trying to save money now for....not buying watches :)

But i'm after two for looooong time:

    Panerai 064 LaBomba
    Glashutte SeaQ

Either another 3861 Sapphire Sandwich Speedmaster, why or why did I let the first go, although crazy prices now & about to increase.

Possibly the green Seamaster, I shouldn’t like it but I do.

Finally the Tudor BB36 in light champagne, although that will be next years big 40 gift

I seem to have fallen off the horological rollercoaster at present. My last purchase was a Panerai so I’m currently acquiring the vast array of straps that owning one requires.
I still want an integrated bracelet Watch the CW 12 being my current objet lust but that can change in a heartbeat as the Czapek is what I really want and then there’s the Bvlgari Octo sketch and and and.
So I’m keeping my powder dry and waiting.

I bought a rather beaten-up IWC Aquatimer 3536-01 recently, and have just sent it back to IWC for a complete overhaul, requesting new hands/dial/crown and case refurb.

I am looking forward to that bill - but should get a new(ish) watch back, so that is my only planned watch spend at present!

Hadn't heard of the sketch Bulgari before, quite an interesting one. I can see the appeal on an already very appealing watch.

Especially if it was one that Peter Sarony had modified, nice fluted barrel Remington 700 in 308 from Armalon would go down nicely.
