    This is when the driver is breathylised / drug tested and found over the limit and insurance not valid!

    If he was in breach of the terms and conditions of his insurance policy, the owners of the vehicles being transported are classed as third parties. As such they will still be paid out under the insurer’s obligations under the Road Traffic Act. The insurer will then pursue the driver for their outlay.

    This isn’t the case here in any event. The driver was an employee of a track day experience company whose vehicles were being transported between locations. A post made by the company state that they stand by the driver.

    Also apparently not drunk , sounded more like driving too fast and lost control trying to avoid some cyclists

    So no drink/drug driving, no sacking of the driver, no destruction of people’s super cars.
