I am a bit obsessed with the switch from left handed to right handed traffic on 3 September 1967, which was by far the largest logistical event in Swedish history.

I love the way they just park up and shoot footage of anywhere they wanted - Buckingham Palace? No problem, even though they were changing the guard. Piccadilly Circus? Sure, drop the camera operator off and drive round a few times.
I was 9 at that time. I think it was a Sunday. I remember that my parents told me a lot about it before and after the change. I was with my mother in the car and she told about the position /change of the steering wheel. From RH to LH when possible. I clearly remember that I sat in the back of her Austin. And then we talked about every traffic sign that needed to be changed or repositioned. (I admit, I have very strong & verifiable recollections from my younger years).
Really enjoyed that. The aeroplane ferry was interesting,I wonder what that cost back in the day.
Seems idyllic compared to today.

I've seen old travelogues like that quite a few times on TPTV.
It may be nostalgia but everything did look better.
Far less traffic, no yellow lines in London that I could see and no one walking around glued to screens.

no one could afford cars, technology was valves/transistors and international travel was limited to the rich/famous. Think you could only take £25 out of the country (unless you were rich/famous/Royal/politician). Food was limited in availabilty hence the thin people.
It's always fascinating to see these snapshots of a bygone time. I think it is the music that does my head in the most though.
It's a very comprehensive little film and I particularly liked the voice over at 13mins in, "Bravely we joined the traffic that whirls around Trafalgar Square".
Except there is hardly any traffic at all in those days... ;-)
