Crikey it must have been well & truly FUBAR - the only thing original that I'm getting back is the case !

... The estimated date of completion for this repair is 22.07.2024.

is that a skywalker X33? Looking at the calibre 5619 … are you sure they don’t want to replace the case  So that’s what they said after it came back with a jumping hand? I would be furious - unless they do that FOC.

It's a SkyWalker X-33 Solar Impulse Edition.

It went back for the battery change, only to return with the jumping second hand EOL indication.

Luckily, I noticed before it warmed up & returned it - within days of return.

This is now the shopping list of things they need to rectify AFTER they'd serviced it & returned to me.

beggars belief - but it is all zero (additional) cost to me !
