Oh thanks for that. I haven’t heard anything about it on the Dutch Saab forum (yet). Some details that could be explained differently, but in general a good review.

The freewheel gimmick is nice but (a) it's not the strongest part of the g'box. Stepping on the gas after 'coasting' will break the freewheel. And (b) it's virtually not needed on a 4-stroke car but (c) you can save a lot of fuel with the freewheel. Fun thing is that one of the modern Korean hybrid cars has a 'sailing mode' which is virtually the same!

... and I have found the owner. His car is part of an interesting collection! (He posted this on another website a few months ago). I can safely say that all his cars are worth a YT presentation!!!
