A collision between my wife's diamond ring and the crystal on my LLD has left a small mark.
Difficult to photograph but I can feel it with my finger nail.
Can anything polish this out? Or new crystal
Its between 9 and 10 and looks like 3 dots.
And is difficult to photograph!!!

They are chips, not scratches. If you can feel them under your fingernail they are too deep for polishing out.
New crystal I'm afraid.
As an aside.
I had my L.L.D.serviced by Longines (or swatch!) last winter. Wasn't that expensive (I think about £240 ish). they replaced hands and a fair few other parts, Even polished the non Longines bracelet I wear it on! Couldn't fault them T.B.H.
I have the exact same on a GMT and I'm leaving it until service to replace.
I remember reading that the crystal was quite expensive to replace in a service for the LLD BUT I'd imagine it's a fair bit cheaper to produce now than it was 6 years ago.
Just a slight warning so you aren't shocked when the service bill comes around but I'd definitely wait till then as its so hard to see the damage.

Maybe it's because I'm used to vintage watches but I could live with that. It could have been a lot worse OP.
I've once managed to get a couple of very faint scratches out with diamond lapping paste and lots of elbow grease, definitely nothing you would have felt with your fingernail though.
Do these have anti reflective coating on top of the crystal or just on the underside?
Get it replaced when its due for a service, you could get it sorted now & put a scratch on the new crystal within days/weeks after getting it back
I pretty much thought nothing could be done without replacing the crystal.
I was just bored on zoom staring at it and thought I'd ask the question!
I've had it 8 years!!!!!
Time flies so its probably due a service anyway but it keeps good time etc.
Will they do it automatically as part of the service or will I have to ask?

I wonder, sometimes, if I have a far too laissez faire approach to wearing watches to fit in here!

Diamond paste on a Dremel polishing mop will smooth the chips out and give a 99% improvement, this needs doing carefully to avoid local overheating of the crystal and the risk of cracking. Unfortunately my stock of diamond paste got lost in the housemove and I’ve never ordered any more. Doing it by hand will be very slow, I don’t advise it.

I once put my submariner in the same box as my wifes diamond ring - stupid plan with the inevitable scratched crystal. On that occasion I claimed on my home insurance, the increase in premium was a lot less than having Rolex fit the new crystal which back then they changed without insisting on a service to go with it.

I would go with Walkerwork and try diamond paste and a dremel. I had a scratch n this sapphire crystal (just left of centre) and a bit of work with diamond paste removed it.
At the very least, doing work on it will reduce its visibility markedly.
