Today I’m going to the smoke for brunch at Gordon Ramsay’s place with the SWIMBO and my Panerai 112.

Apparently it's so that the watch looks like it's "smiling".

Actually, the exact time where the hour and minute hands are symmetrical is 10:09:36, as above. Even most digitals show time that way.
