It's a good read. We've also seen collaborations with Fears and Garrick, also Fears and Christopher Ward utilising CW's jump hour module. Smaller brands like Studio Underd0g are getting noticed on foreign shores too. Having been to see Bremont in Henley On Thames, it's a pretty exciting time for british watch brands. There's even a 'trade body' called The british watch and Clock makers Alliance helping to spread the word.

Thanks, enjoyed that - a great summary of what's going on in the UK at the moment. Nice to see some of the bigger names supporting the development of British watchmaking, and/or collaborating. Hope to see it keep developing in the coming years, see what great creations we end up with.

Really interesting article - thanks for posting.
I am often tempted by Bremont and CW although didn’t realise about Farer.

Must admit, my Bremont 300 is one of the most comfortable watches I have (and that's a few !), timekeeping upto scratch as well as the finish
    Very impressed !
Likewise my CW are some of my most popular 'wearers'

Excellent article, thanks for posting OP - I really enjoyed that.
I, as above, didn’t know anything about Farer and that’s definitely made me consider their watches in a different way now.
Had an early CW before, have to say I like what they’re doing at the moment.
Bremont interest me and I really like the MB, but it’s just too big for me.

Thanks for posting made my day reading that, as one of my old bosses was in it - I never knew Farer was his enterprise! Great to see.

Agreed. An interesting read. Which brand would you go for if you were asked to choose from the three? Farer? Christopher Ward or Bremont? I suspect all three have a very strong and clear marketing vision and their target market is different.
