Thoughts on these vintage Seamasters please

Further to my "vintage" Seamaster advice please" thread, I've been having a look around.

    https://forum.tz-uk.com/showthread.p...-advice-please

I've found a couple that have caught my eye and would very much appreciate thoughts please on the two below from those far more knowledgeable than me, before I bid!...

    1. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/225357552702

    2. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/394425403609

As ever, many thanks for any advice

    Cheers

Imo I would not touch. Both sellers have little feedback, poor photos and I am sure they are both re-dials.

As stated before the omega forums are a wealth of knowledge.I’m not keen on EBay purchases ,but that’s just me.

    A couple of rules:
Never buy a vintage watch on ebay from a pro-seller who doesn't show movement pictures.
Fair enough if the seller only has one watch up and isn't likely to have the tools required to open it. But a pro-seller has no excuse.

For Omega, get the model ref from the inside of the case back (no picture = no purchase) and check it against the online model archive:
    https://www.omegawatches.com/vintage-watches
It's not complete, but you can usually see what the watch *should* look like.
