Current SOTC - some new arrivals

Here is the current SOTC after the SBS CWC and Seiko SBDX017 arrived yesterday, quite a few of them have some personal meaning attached to them so won’t ever be sold. My current yearnings are for a IWC big pilot and some kind of vintage Rolex GMT.

Please get that MM300 back on a 20mm strap. No idea why you'd opt for 22mm but it doesn't look right at all (otherwise at least trim it between the lugs).

Pretty dull, needs some colour. What happened to that 1675 you bought off Hood last year - already moved on for a massive profit?

Big fan of the CWC SBS.

    I love mine.

It's completely no-nonsense and even tells me the date and day =)

I agree, but it looks much better on the wrist. He posted a pic in my SBDX001 thread.

Sold it to a mate iot to fund my GT3, tbh I’m not sure what I sell my watches for is any of your concern….

It looks fine on the wrist, balances the watch much better being a tad bit wider. I had a 20mm on an old MM300 and it was sloppy between the lugs.

Yeah I agree, absolutely love it. I’ve been after one for years and this one has a lot of sentimental meaning.

Cool collection, congrats on the new arrivals. I love the SBS too. The Heuer is the highlight there for me.

No need for that sort of comment. That's how wars start.

I'm a bit of a Bremont apologist, but man does that thing look clumsy in that company* - like an artist's-impression of a watch.

The Heuer redeems it all on its own

*Apart from the wrist-computer - those things all need smashing with a hammer, but that's just me...

I had one but I was constantly worried about chipping the finish, I'm on the lookout for a regular polished one now

Why are you looking vintage for your next watch? Why not buy new and make your own history.
Would love new GMT, I’m on the waiting list but not holding out any hope!!

Of all the Bremonts I like this one the most, I helped design it as it’s the 50th Anniversary watch of the Puma in RAF service.

It's a Pulsar RAF Gen2 Chrono. Great collection Mike.

Yeh, I really should keep my fat gob shut...!

(And ... Puma's have been in service that long?! Christ I'm old...)

There are 2 civilian versions of this which are quite close to the issued one and surprisingly good value. VD57 X150 and VD57 175 are the 2 model numbers.

I've been trying to find the one without the orange hands for a little while, does anyone know where it's for sale, PM3175X1 right?

I found this one but it's not the same model: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/382643012...3ABFBM-v6J-t9g

Slight update with a new SD4K which has the DSSD Glidelock clasp and a new strap on my Bremont.
