Nato, MN style or curved end rubber would remove the gap completely.
The strap on my Tough was noticeably scratched by the previous owner, who didn't do an excellent job of adjusting the bracelet, it probably didn't bother him as it was when he was taking them out, but I had to put them back in for my wrist size.
One of the pins dropped out last week, which was the final straw as it had been forced incorrectly. So I bought a new ZD cordura strap which I liked the look of, and I do still like it, but the space between the spring bar leaves some disappointing gaps:
I was hoping you could recommend some straps to remedy the issue?
I use this watch mostly at work as a project manager.
Nato, MN style or curved end rubber would remove the gap completely.
A watch steward strap would remove the gap plus it doesn't add an extra layer of strap under the watch head. They're great for the price, look good and very comfortable (shipping doesn't take too long).
I've already got three watches on NATO type straps, so I was looking to add some variety.
Although a black leather NATO might look good...
Any idea where to get a suitable curved end rubber strap?
I was thinking that a thick leather strap might do it, similar to a Panerai?

I've never understood the problem with gaps on straight end straps. It's how watches have always been worn. Unless it's a Nomos – those gaps are pretty gappy.
But, a thick canvas from Steveo Straps or similar might fill a bit of space? Doesn't Citizen do its own strap for that model?
For what it's worth, the straps Citizen themselves supply for these models are straight-ended -
I wear mine on single pass NATOs and MN-style straps a lot, happy with it like that.
I would advise a nice nato or MN style strap, would look great ;-)
Thanks for the suggestions!
I like this Suade NATO strap from the nato strap store:
I'm wondering how it will last, as what puts me off leather is that they tend to start to stink a bit after a year or so as I'm very active. With canvas and synthetics, a couple of minutes in the sink and soap, they're ready to go again!
I also like the SteveO suggestion, Military Kit Bag Canvas Nato and Pull through looks good:
I was just wondering if the fraying will be smart enough for work?
The Citizen straps look a lot more padded and thicker, I've been trying to find them for sale individually, but I bet they're prohibitively expensive in comparison to the above...
EDIT: Yep! £53 https://www.watch.co.uk/citizen-bn02...-59-s53999.htm which I could use on a Nick Mankey strap or similar.

What about one of these:
I have the green version, cheap as chips and way better quality than you'd expect.
Or closer to the Citizen hybrid - needs a deployant clasp, but still half the price of Citizen band:
