    I guess some will find this retro-appealing, but I never saw the appeal in period.

    A friend had one of the earlier digital LED watches, where you had to press a button to get the time to illuminate for a few seconds. It must have cost his parents a fortune (they weren't well off, either), but it just seemed a pointless gimmick to me.

    I still don't really like digital watches very much, although I do have a Casio 'Royale'.

    They've just revealed it. I can't post a picture as I've reached my tapatalk monthly limit, but meh. Its a big 43mm red dialled semi dress thing. I was hoping for 1972 diver or rallye strapped yumminess.

    That has to be one of the fugliest new watches I’ve seen in a long time. Not surprising as it was originally designed and produced in the decade that taste forgot!

    I like Seiko UFO and Bell-Matic watches from the same era. I was born in that era. I've gotta have one. ;-)
