Question Help identifying Castle / Chateau / Location

Could anybody please help identify this place. No idea where it is, possibly Switzerland, but could equally be anywhere in Europe.
I've wasted an inordinate amount of time googling images without success. I'm confident one of the well-travelled members here will be able to identify it. Apologies for the quality of the photo. I'm assuming it was scanned from a vintage postcard.

Looking at the other images on Google map of Castle Schloss Tirol it certainly has to be the one you've identified.

With your help and a little more googling, I've since managed to find the complete original image.

It was a vintage postcard as I'd suspected. Listed by a US eBay seller.
