I can highly recommend - I love mine, which was totally unexpected. It’s not a brand I’ve bought before but I’m really impressed for the money. The blue is fantastic and works well with the strap. I’ve found the accuracy to be very good too, especially with a 72hr power reserve.

Not on their website but I can see Mappin and Webb in Kingston have a bunch of Panerais in the window at 30% off, including some of those black carbon ones. None of the Base Logo range is on sale, seems mostly the 1950s models, divers and the aforementioned carbon things

Think bucherer has 25 percent off some Panerai watches too. They do not highlight the savings though.

Picked up a 995 two days ago with this discount from them. Just waiting for them to confirm the delivery date.

There are other models discounted as well including a base 8 day movement. Their not advertising it so you’ll need to cross reference the RRP.

    Bought this from Bucherer;

    https://www.bucherer.com/uk/en/watch...271-816-4.html

I believe this model is retired now and this price represents some 25% off list (even though there is no reference on the Bucherer listing to it being discounted) and provides a lot of bang for the buck - in house 8 day manual movement, classic Radiomir polished case etc. At a smidge over £4k that I would imagine isn't far off 2nd hand prices on the model.

Also if anyone is interested the Panerai Boutique I believe still has the Paneristi 20 year model available.

Best deal I got from CW Sellors. A Certina GMT 80hr power reserve on Bracelet for a total cost of £450.90.

On sale for £501.00 but got an extra 10% off email yesterday. Personally I thought it was a steal at that price.

I used the code extra10 if it's still working.

    That’s a great deal.

I’m still loving my 425, and probably don’t need (or rather I wouldn’t really wear) another Radomir in its place. Otherwise an 8 day movement would be a great addition.
It's just a matter of time...

Placed an order with Bucherer for a nicely discounted Omega. After a few days they emailed me to say my order was cancelled due to no stock

Their stock control isn’t the best.

Interestingly, the movement apparently stretched to over 9 days and 3 hours on testing, and it takes 160 turns to full wind the crown.

P.S. The Bucherer page states the warranty is both 2 years and 8 years, a tad confusing.

It’ll be 2 years standard warranty extending to 8 years once you register for what Panerai call Pam Guard. You have to do that through their website once you’ve taken delivery.

Disappointing to hear as they’ve got something on line i quite fancy. Think I’ll call them rather than wait to hear the state of play

I'm over the moon with this one.

On Ernst Jones for £1000.00 so called CW Sellors & they price matched it & knocked off another £80.00 so paid £920.00

This plus the Certina has saved me over £900.00

    ^^^ Does look good!

  20. #70
Just as an update. I've just looked on Ernst Jones website and there is an extra 20% off selected items. The Ebel qualifies so you can get it for £800.00.
I bought it and will send the one from CW Sellors back which is due for delivery today.

At £800.00 it really is a bargain.

As a follow up on the PAM 609 I got from Bucherer online at a discounted price, they got in touch with me tuesday to confirm shipping address and to state they were posting it, since then absolutely nothing, no reply to 6 emails, and I called 8 times and every time after holding there is a pre-recorded message saying they can't help and to send an email. Appalling.

I've even tried calling their corporate head office in Frith Street to make a scene but that number doesn't even connect. I'm starting to wonder if the business has gone under?

Never used their website but can confirm they’re utterly useless in store too.

    Again, same here.

Have tried calling the 3 branches (Westfield/Covent Garden and Selfridges) that carry the brand I want to buy and none of them answer or or even have an answering system.....will try again over the weekend I guess. Anyone been in a store recently/this week?

Odd. As in Switzerland they are very much open, and the customer service in-store excellent.

Much higher standards in Switzerland though (my Dad's lived there for the past 40 years).

Walked past their Westfield store yesterday and it was staffed.

Didn't go in as I have zero interest in rolex right now.
