If you can forgoe a bracelet, then Hanhart has some great options : https://www.stewartswatches.co.uk/wa...anhart/han1007
There is slated to be a 39mm release next year.

Also these caught my eye recently : https://www.airain.com/

As others have suggested, you should be able to get a good Sinn 103 (or similar model) for that money.

Fortis Cosmonaut - this one's the Lemania 5100 (my favourite variant), but they also come in 7750 flavour. This one has one of the three rotating bezel styles, but they also made fixed tachys. This isn't the stock bracelet - I do have one, but don't have the end links...

Nice dial, shame about the date. But an absolute steal at this price.

My Sinn 144. Bought on the H-Link bracelet, but which I prefer to wear on a strap. 200 m WR.

I know it doesn’t have a bracelet but I keep looking at the Dunhill chrono on sales corner.

It looks good doesn't it. Any idea of the size? Looks slim enough too.

Exercise caution with this one , ther have been instances of them having to be returned as the chronograph fails to reset correctly. I had one and took it back when this happened , after 4 days, 2 days later it was on display in the store I returned it to, with the chrono improperly reset, they had another with the same fault a week or two later, or it might have been my one , returned for a second time. I have a feeling that Hamilton may not honour warranty claims as , when I bought another of their chronos ( a quartz one , whch is fine , so far ) from the same store , I was told the only warranty was TK maxx's 6 months one ...

Automatic chronograph from a respected brand with a rock-solid (if not particularly glamorous) movement, all for £280. Bargain.

You don’t need a bracelet. Get yourself a Siduna:

I have that CW, it’s a fantastic watch, I posted a mini review of it earlier this year.

Archimede (Ickler) Outdoor Chrono - 1560 Hardened steel case (as per Damasko and some Sinns), I have one of their 3-handers and the quality is exceptional, the cases are nicer even than Sinn's best.

    The Edox Offshore in classifieds
(nothing to do with me) is a bargain too -

    Mechanical chronos under 2K

If you like a big watch (and I mean big)
You could possibly find a Marathon CSAR for close to half your budget. - that is depreciation right there!
Makes a Tag look like and investment.
They sell for around a quarter of their retail price a couple of years old.

Edit: actually they MAEN on SC looks to be a total bargain and just what you are asking for.

These older ones go 1500 upwards usually. Worth an eBay camp

Unless I've missed it I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Siduna yet. Pretty compelling value.

Edit darn it I see seabiscuit already made the recommendation, apologies. But yep what he says, that's a belting watch for the money

Sinn 356 - I like the acrylic crystal, and the lume is great.

Yeh Archimede is spot on, although maybe a bit too techy for now... but yeah, lovely thing!

Slightly over budget, but this offering from Pinion looks worth a look.

This'll do nicely with the discount. Register and input WELCOME10 and you'll get a further 10% off making it £1850 down from the original £2600 and its a brand new released model
