In respect of the stiff bezel action, has your mate tried putting the watch under warm soapy water and then turning the bezel. By doing this it may free some dirt that has got underneath or try some tooth floss and clean it that way.
….in the Cardiff area.
A friend has a scratch on a Tag Heur Monaco crystal, and says he’s been quoted around £600. He also has a bezel on an Omega, which is tight and hard to turn.
I know Rocco at Watchwork’s Bristol, is often mentioned here. Is it something he deals with, or does anyone know a reasonable watch repairer in the Cardiff area, please?
Thanks

Agree with that, soft toothbrush and some warn soapy watch, Fairy Liquid etc. You can put some silicone on the floss and work it under the bezel, should help get it going again. Probably just clogged up with years of human DNA.
Thank you for the replies, appreciatted.
