From memory but don’t hold me to it, I think the stick dial 3186 movement was the gmt variant people were saying at the time could potentially be collectible in the future..

Please enlighten me on the two separate GMT dials?
As I understand, Rolex produced both variants during the 2000's with some stating the stick dials were the more sought after variant, though others stating that the rectangular dial is.
As I understand both these variants were sold in their millions, so is it safe to assume that whichever variant is on sale the seller will want a premium for it?
I am asking as I do not really understand the market of these seemingly rarities.
Please let me know your thoughts.

Some late z serial stick and all m stick and rectangular were 3186
