Mine was serviced (before I got it) by Duncan of genesis watchmaking - working fine.
I have a Heuer Bund that needs looking at. It seems to run well but the flyback chrono hand resets to 1 second past 12. I had been advised that these hands can slip, maybe that's all it is but would be nice to get it checked over.
Who is the recommended place/person to take a look at this for me?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
TIA

Thanks for the quick replies and recommendations. It's always good to get other people's experience.
I have sent a message to Duncan at Genesis via their website.

Not sure if the Sinn service department may also be an option?
If you are a member of MWR send Namib a message
Thomas is based in Germany and his watch maker has a stash of parts for these. I am sure will put you in touch. Thomas is top guy.
Thanks for the replies, I will be sending it to Brendan (webwatchmaker) next week.
I thought I would update the thread.
I sent my Heuer Bund to Brendan (webwatchmaker) for servicing and he returned it today all done.
I am very pleased with his communication, the picture updates and the work completed.
I for one would definitely use him again.
Thanks Brendan.
Thank you. Most appreciated.
The base calibre Valjoux 72 is a real watchmakers watch. Straightforward to service and without a vicious reset of the chronograph hand, unlike many others such as the FP 1151 or the Omega 321.
The Valjoux 7750 is not too bad either but the chronograph hand works loose even on this calibre sometimes. I dont see any good reason for having very strong reset hammer springs.
Now it's Saturday evening, back to playing with my newly acquired Hornby Dublo 3 rail railway.
