I agree, I prefer it to the original. I'm in two minds of the fact he messes up the pregnant pause in "but she didn't... understand" in that it misses the double meaning, but on the other hand, it's so ironic that William Shatner of all people would do that, that it kinda works as a meta-joke.Originally Posted by Velorum

👍I'll put that one and the album Mr Tambourine Man is from into a playlist. Also "Seeking Major Tom" might have some OK stuff, based on some quick preview listens to Space Oddity, Rocket Man & a few others.
My daughter bought me "Seeking Major Tom' a while back. There are some entertaining tracks for sure but also some that are not bad in a good way, just bad.
Its the sort of CD I like to put on during a long car drive.
