    Serica - New Watches

I liked the previous version of the Serica WWW but never pulled the trigger. It had a few shortcomings, namely having nothing to do with WWW watches, hand wound but with a screw down crown and having mineral glass. Thankfully they have addressed the latter, the glass is now sapphire. They have a new hand wound movement, but still a screw down crown. All watches come on a bonklip (which I bough separately and use on my Everest and is excellent) and they have two new dial design, still nothing like a WWW (which in actuality doesn't bother me) , but I do like the California dial. I'm more interested this time around. More details here.

Interesting that they claim the STP1-11 is "twice as accurate" as the ETA 2801-2.

ETA - "ITS FACTORY PERFORMANCE DELTA OF-6/+6 (0/+12) IS TWICE MORE ACCURATE THAN THE STANDARD GRADE ETA 2801 CALIBER"
